Love Day Check-Inππ§‘❤ππππ€
Happy Hump Day Everyone! We are two days removed from Love Day Weekend and I am drained. Being chronically single, I always make sure to show myself love and appreciation. I listened to my favorite songs, from my favorite DJ, then fell asleep during the soothing, relaxing Verzuz set. Valentine's Day can be challenging for singles, married and"its complicated" folks. Pastor Ericka and my Faithful Mornings family are tackling the subject of "Entanglements" and it has been hotπ₯π₯π₯ I'm living life according to God's plan as He knows what's best for me. In the meantime, I keep my heart open to the possibilities. What about you? Are you ok? How did you survive? Check in using the heart scale in the attached photo. Concerned adults truly care for each other's feelings. We need to engage in deeper and difficult conversations. During the pandemic, many cities have sponsored and updated wellbeing checks to ensure residents are cared for. Social media has taken the stigma from asking for virtual hugs, kind words, or motivational quotes. On my birthday, I asked for some "purple love" sent to me. The response was overwhelming and overflowing. Special shout out to all Prince fans. The Purple Family sent every Prince photo, purple hearts and music clips which brightened my day. The positive vibrations lifted my mood and energized my spirit. Friends and family checked to lend an ear and soothe my soul. So I ask you now...are you ok? How are you doing? Does your circle lift you up? How are your emotional tanks full or empty? Know that I care and am concerned about you. Please share your comments below. Thank you for reading this article and supporting this blogspace. Stay safe, warm, masked and healthy. Take Care and God Bless!!!
