The prayers of the righteous

Do you know someone who can get a prayer through? I mean when your spirits are low, who can you run to? Seeing the outpouring of love at this weekend's high profile funerals made me reflect. Folks will say kind words and travels some miles to pay their "respects". But will you give me my flowers while I'm alive? Well, I went to my home church here in Cleveland. Everything is just like I remembered.  Our Pastor played a fiery organ while the choir sang. Many of the saints have gone on to be with the Lord. However,  those that remain pray for us continually. Today's sermon came from Act 16:25a "And at midnight, Paul and Silas prayed". Afterwards they had a prayer line where the people were anointed and uplifted. Chains were broken. People were set free. And I finally felt like I belonged. There's truly no place like home. My spirit was filled and my hope restored.  When was the last church service you attended? Did it make you go higher? Or did it hurt? How are you taking the message into your life. How will it make you better? Stoke your fire. Pursue your passion. Fill your gaps with your successes. Follow your heart. Pursue your passion. God will preserve and care for you. I saw it with my own eyes today....and I present it to you.  Join me on this journey toward living the best life. The purple life.  Leave your comments below and share your experience.  Thanks for stopping by. Take Care and God Bless!!!
