Our society has sheltered in place for so long, we long to feel normal again. But what is the new norm? What is this new reality we're living in? Can we truly realize a nation where anyone affected by mental illness can get the appropriate support and quality of care they need? Can individuals dealing with mental illness live healthy, fulfilling lives? ABSOLUTELY!!! No one should feel alone in their struggle. Where can we start?
