Have you ever held a secret that was interesting? Were you sworn to take it to the grave? Or don't tell anyone? How long did you hold onto it? Well, I just released one about myself. I was playing myself small and it was subconsciously messing with me. I'm very humble but I do have some accomplishments. Well a week's worth of coffee and it compelled me to speak out about my volunteer work. So often, we play down our greatness and become self deprecating. However, if we don't value ourselves, no one else will. Don't brag or boast. Just state the facts. Be proud of who you are and let your light shine while living your best life.
